Nailing machine 2 (HC)

The nailing machine, which includes an input conveyor, transports the finished top part of the pallet from the 180° flipper to the area where the bottom boards are loaded onto the pallet cubes using a vacuum manipulator. The input conveyor works continuously with templates that ensure precise positioning of the pallet. In the area of loading the bottom boards and the entry of the pallet into the nailing machine SMPA – 2, a system of mechanical guides ensures the precise placement of the bottom boards on the pallet, followed by the positioning of the pallet for individual nailing steps. The machine is equipped with a box with 10 outlets. The nailing machine has the capability to use standard bulk convex and screw nails. The complete finished pallet exits the nailing machine onto the input conveyor of the pallet finalization line.
