Nailing Machine 1 (HC)

The nailing machine includes an input conveyor that transports cubes from the loader sorting conveyor to the area where the lid is loaded by a manipulator. In the area of loading the lid into the nailing machine SMPA – 1, a system of mechanical guides ensures the precise placement of the lid on the cubes, followed by the positioning of the pallet for individual nailing steps. The machine is equipped with a box with 10 outlets. The nailing machine has the capability to use standard bulk convex and screw nails. The top part of the pallet exits the nailing machine into the area of the subsequent pallet flipper.
