Automatic block saw

It is used for cutting beams into cubes. In the case of different widths of cubes on the produced pallet, each of the saws cuts one dimension of cubes. The process of loading beams from cross-chain conveyors into the saws operates in automatic mode, and the operator only sets the required length of the cube. At the output from the crosscut saws, there is a separation of front and rear trims and remnants of cubes with less than the required length. The crosscut saws work within a length tolerance of +/-1 mm. The min./max. length of input beams is 1250 mm – 4200 mm. The min./max. width of beams is 60 mm – 145 mm. The min./max. height of beams is 60 mm – 100 mm. If the length of beams at input is shorter than 2500 mm, it will result in a reduction of the production line capacity.
