Vacuum manipulator
It is used for loading prisms onto the transverse input chain conveyor of cross-cutting saws. The loading process operates in automatic mode. According to the instructions, it transfers a layer of prisms from the edge to the transverse chain conveyor of saws and automatically summarizes the stabilization inserts. In the case of pallet production, where the pallet is constructed with two different sizes of blocks, the cross-cutting saws are supplied with prisms from both sides via conveyors, and each conveyor is separately served by a vacuum manipulator.
